Robots From Motion to Emotion?
La scorsa settimana sono andato a vedere al "Museum Für Gestaltung" of Zurich, the exhibition entitled "Robots From Motion to Emotion?" . The exhibition will be available until October 4, 2009.
As is evident from the title, the exhibition aims to show how robotics is now an integral part of our everyday life and how in future it will probably become more and more.
these robots ranging from a collection of robot toys, robot working in a position to interact with visitors, to models of nano-robots that could be used for medical purposes in the future, a robot used in modern industry, a robot used in cinema. There is also a model of the famous Asimo robot from Honda.
Just to give you an idea, below you can find some pictures:
addition to various models of robots, many of which are fully functional, there are also different and interactive video stations on which to dwell to get an idea of \u200b\u200bthe purpose for which it has developed a particular model of robot and see it work. In my opinion one of the most interesting video about research by a Swiss team on a micro-actuator can be operated through the magnetic fields and therefore without any battery di energia.
Devo dire che la mostra è stata ben curata anche se ritengo che una maggiore superficie espositiva ed una conseguente maggiore presenza di materiale l'avrebbe sicuramente resa molto più completa.

Minnesota Driver Licence Template

I am very happy of the chosen topic to be treated "the Italian Sign Language (LIS), the reason is simple ... I can tell you my personal experience because in 1996 I attended a course for six months, among the boys that I knew there was a very special couple, their names are Mary and Raphael. Engaged by a life together and I'm really joyful.
We lived together for the duration of the course, it is housed in the same hotel, just rooms.
are both deaf and I had never until then to know a deaf person.
The first time I have had great difficulty in speech, I embarrassed the long silences that unfortunately I do not know yet closed, thinking and rethinking about what it meant to not hear any sound, the voice of loved ones, the pleasant sounds that the nature and the world continuously transmits.
When going along I was able to understand how it is sometimes a lighter look than a thousand words, because I realized that being with their pay much more attention to their eyes, their expressions facciali, più di quanto faccio nella vita quotidiana.

Presto mi sono anche reso conto di quanta poca attenzione prestavo, infatti tantissime sensazioni che una persona vuole trasmettere sono accompagnate dai movimenti del corpo, dal modo di guardare, di imbronciare il viso.

this post is dedicated to all those who value LIFE.
yesterday, where I live, was held a funeral for a boy of just 16 years.
My blog talks about the Ferrari and indirectly the high-speed high-speed ... but that is practiced on the slopes, almost sure where the drivers are men who have had their speed craft.
tell you about Anthony, it was his name.
ran, ran and ran with a moped without a helmet, with the unconsciousness of being alone on the road and nothing could stop him.
crashed head-on a bus of tourists, died instantly. For two nights
fighters place, in vain, they tried to stop him and seized the motor ... but he did not stop anything.
You may wonder why I talk about it.
I have 34 years, made yesterday, but I can say that I was born twice, the second time in 1989.
I was 14 years old when, on Sunday, I find the wheel scooter punctured. I wanted to repair it for a spin, so I called the tire shop near my house that has resolved everything.
Randomness at that moment my cousin drops by almost 10 years, Vincent, who doted on me, you put the motor in the saddle.
had stopped on the sidewalk of the house, motor off, me and my cousin on the bike.
only remember two fools did a race with two cars in the town at high speed, one of them takes us in full.
My cousin died on the spot, had not even ten years, I was in a coma for many months ... too many tens of operations, did not remember much more, the physical pain and the guilt was destroying me.
They never paid. This outburst
to tell you:
guys, do not mess around on the road, even if a person is driving well and carefully, but others may not. The helmet is to protect, to protect you.
I would hope that no such deaths were more ... but there is only a dream and I realize that.

"Helvetica" - Gary Hustwit
E' da un little bit that I do not write here ... say that I was messed up on several fronts, but fails because I do not want to bore the reader too medium / high for this blog.
The thing I wanted to speak briefly in this post is: "Helvetica" , the first film by Gary Hustwit .
I bought the DVD "at the Swiss premiere" of his second film "Objectified" in Zurich. I must say that is not bad although I much prefer the latter.
The film is a documentary on the famous Helvetica typeface and developed through a series of interviews with famous people including the creators of the design of the typeface.
Gary manages to maintain a truly unbiased viewpoint in the sense che vengono intervistati sia personaggi adoratori del typeface in questione che grafici che non userebbero mai Helvetica. Come per il suo secondo film anche in Helvetica la scelta della colonna sonora è stata davvero molto azzeccata.

The Zerilli MEMORIAL LUCA FERRARI ON THE THREE HILLS
was held May 31 at "The Fountains Business Park" where he also held from 16.00 Spinning Event Catanzaro (200 spinning bike).
E 'was a sight to see all those Ferrari, red-yellow-black-white, in a row, the event was enhanced by the presence of 200 uonimi and women of all ages riding the bike from spinning.
